It depends on your order quantity and their size. You can place unlimited orders on our platform through your subscription. These requests create a queue. We will handle one order at a time (or two at a time on the Ultra plan).

We will deliver every 24-48 business hours, depending on the complexity of the order.

If an order takes more than 48 hours to be placed, we will divide it into parts of 48 hours each.

What you need to know is that every 48 working hours you will see some progress on your order, whether it is finalized or not.

For illustration purposes, an Instagram post takes less than 24 business hours to be delivered, from the moment we pick up your order from your queue.

They are much more expensive and more difficult to manage. A full or senior level designer like those at Marfin will easily cost more than R$100,000, require benefits, vacation days, etc.

Marfin’s subscription is limited to graphic design pieces for use on the internet.

We do not create billboard pieces or plots in large sizes.

You will have access to the order list, order status and consumption of credits for your subscription.

Revisions to your orders are unlimited.

You can request as many changes as you want until you are 100% satisfied.

We only hire Full or Senior level designers, who have their portfolios checked by our management team. Here we do not place interns or junior-level professionals to perform tasks.
